Commonplace on Route 13 on the Eastern Shore side of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel may involve a reckless driving violation, a misdemeanor when one may pass another vehicle pulled over by law enforcement if the offender does not pull into the inside lane when passing. In Northampton Traffic Court I have been successful in having the charge reduced to an infraction (fine only). This is just a finer point of my defense representation.
